Founded in 2016 by Robert Signer, Medalytik was born from a mission to advance preventive diagnostics, inspired by his father’s passing from colon cancer. With experience as a BMS and Lab Manager at University Hospital Zurich, Robert saw the need for specialised recruitment in medical labs. Today, Medalytik not only connects labs and professionals through tailored recruitment, but also leads innovative projects to address the growing needs in the industry. These projects include developing virtual reality environments and inspiring the next generation of laboratory medicine professionals.
As the founder and CEO of Medalytik, Robert brings extensive experience in laboratory management and recruitment within the biomedical field. His experience includes leading teams across several key regions, allowing him to develop a strong understanding of the staffing needs in the life sciences industry.
Robert’s unique combination of hands-on lab experience and strategic recruitment expertise enables him to understand the challenges faced by both laboratories and candidates. This ensures that Medalytik delivers tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each, fostering successful partnerships across Switzerland and Germany.
Eléna is a state-certified BTA with extensive experience in microbiology, molecular biology and immunology. She uses her in-depth expertise and practical experience in the laboratory environment to find the right specialists for the specific requirements of laboratories.
In her role at Medalytik, Eléna focuses on successfully matching the needs of the laboratories with the career goals of the candidates. She supports both laboratories in filling urgently needed positions and specialists who are looking to start a new career.
With her structured and solution-oriented approach, Eléna ensures efficient and sustainable placement that meets the needs of all parties involved.
As a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist, Sanja has extensive experience in clinical chemistry, haematology, and immunology. She has worked in laboratories across Germany and Serbia.
Sanja has personally gone through the professional recognition process, giving her unique insight into the strategies required to successfully and efficiently navigate it. This firsthand experience, combined with her deep understanding of laboratory operations, enables her to expertly guide candidates through the recognition process and match them with the right laboratories. Her experience makes her an invaluable part of the Medalytik team, ensuring smooth and successful placements.
